除另行說明外，本「聲明」適用於電訊數碼控股有限公司 各成員機構(「集團」)，其中包括但不限於電訊數碼服務有限公司˴電訊數碼信息有限公司及電訊數碼移動有限公司。文中「我們」 (視乎情況而定)指有關的「集團」成員機構。
我們重視客戶的私隱權, 我們會竭力确保收集、传递、处理、储存和使用閣下個人資料均会遵从《個人資料（私隱）條例》（香港法例第486章）（以下簡稱「私隱條例」）的規管和有關規定。如我們任何營運業務需遵從香港境外任何其他私隱法例(例如在香港境外營運)，則只要不牴觸相關地方的法例，本聲明亦會適用。
I.收集個人資料的目的及途徑

IV. 直接促銷
在獲得閣下的同意下，我們會使用閣下的個人資料，通過以郵件、電郵、短訊、電話及信息廣播等途徑，向你直接促銷服務及產品(此涵蓋所有我們的服務或產品)、及發送由我們的業務夥伴提供的各種產品或服務的推廣資訊，包括但不限於證券及投資、保險、銀行、信用咭、娛樂、水療及按摩、交通、家居、服裝、餐飲、教育、健康及保健、社交網絡、媒體及消費類產品。
我們尊重所有停止使用個人資料作直接促銷的要求，如果閣下不希望收到我們發出的任何直接促銷通訊, 請發電郵至customerservice@mango.cc以取消訂閱, 我們不會就此向閣下收費。
V. 個人資料的保存、披露及安全性
個人資料會收集和保存至達到與收集上述資料之原來目的，或直接有關之目的為止；除非上述個人資料可根據任何適用法律、法規或合約規定須予以保存。

Privacy Policy Statement
This Statement is, except where separate and distinctive statements are provided, applicable to the Telecom Digital Holdings Limited’s group of companies (the “Group”), including but not limited to Telecom Digital Services Limited, Telecom Digital Data Limited and Telecom Digital Mobile Ltd. Accordingly, references to "we", "us", or "our company" shall mean, as the case may be, the relevant companies within the Group.
We value the privacy rights of customers. We endeavor to ensure that all our collection, transmission, processing, storage and usage of our customers’ personal data shall comply with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Cap 486 of the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("PDPO").Where our operations are subject to privacy legislation other than that of Hong Kong (such as due to our carrying out of operational functions outside of Hong Kong), this Statement shall apply so far as it is consistent with such local legislation.

4. account information, including account details or data relating to services registered with us with relevant PIN, username or password, account numbers and/or service numbers

6. information relating to services registered with our company at any time;
III. Purpose of Personal Data Collection
We may collect your personal data for the following purposes:

2. to process your application to subscribe to our products and services and loyalty programs;
3. to provide the related service and loyalty program
4. to process order, billing and fulfilment
5. to design service for you
6. to provide customer service to you
7. to enforce our contractual rights
8. to process any payment instructions, direct debit facilities and/or credit facilities in relation to supply of goods and services to you;
9. to offer rewards and promotions and share promotional benefits;

16. to assist in the prevention, detection or investigation of crime or possible criminal activities.

IV. Direct Marketing
Provided that you have given your consent, we may use your Personal Information for direct marketing of telecommunications services and products (including all services and products provided by the group companies of Telecom Digital Holdings Ltd), and to send you marketing communications and materials in other services and products offered by our business partners including without limitation securities and investment, insurance, banking, credit card, entertainment, spa and massage, transportation, household, apparel, food & beverages, education, health and wellness, social networking, media and consumer products, via email, SMS, text message, telephone call and message broadcasting, etc.
We respect all the request on termination of personal data collection. If you prefer not to receive any direct marketing communications from us, you can opt out at any time by email to customerservice@mango.cc for termination with no extra charge on this.
V. Retention, Disclosure and Securities of Personal Data
ersonal data will only be collected and retained for as long as is necessary to fulfil the original or directlyrelated purposes for which it was collected, unless the personal data is also retained to satisfyany applicable legal, regulatory or contractual obligations.
In order to deliver the services you requested, we may disclose your personal data to organizationsoutside of our company (within or outside of Hong Kong), to the extent permissible under applicablelaws and regulations.
